Pride of place this week goes to the U-10’s who lifted the cup at the Drumaness Tournament. Well done to all the boys and managers on a terrific result!
The Seniors take on Castlewellan on Friday evening at PTR at 7.30pm. Come on down and support the team writes John Murphy.
The Juvenile training schedule at PTR on Saturdays: U-6’s at 10.30am; U-8’s at 10.30am – 11.30am; U-12 Boys at 12.15pm. Juvenile Girls at 10.30pm. Please ensure that you wear football boots, a mouth guard, proper gear for the weather and bring a water bottle. Also make sure that you are checked into the attendance register held by each manager and bring a £1 please.
There were good wins this week for the U-12’s against Liatriom and Bredagh and U-14’s against Bryansford. U-14 Girls played out an enteretaining draw on Sun against Dundrum.
Gaelic4Girls has now started down at the club on Saturdays at 11.30-12.30pm. All girls aged 8-13 who have not played Gaelic football before in Downpatrick and surrounding areas are welcome. Contact Jenny on 07568087823 or Brenda on 07711223477 for details.

RGU Cul Camp will be held 1-5 July, current P3’s and upwards can register online onwww.kelloggsculcamps.gaa.ie or using forms to be distributed in next few weeks. Current P1s and P2s can only register for Nursery Camps using the forms, they cannot register online. Those children currently at nursery school are not permitted to attend Cul Camps.www.kelloggsculcamps.
The club will be hosting the P4s from Our Lady and St Patrick’s, St Brigid’s and St Colmcilles on 31Â May in a special blitz to tie in with the RGU Schools Coaching programme which has been running this term.
