Despite the difficult economic times I welcome the fact money was found to do this work which will soon be completed. “The old fencing which runs alongside a small stream near to these homes was damaged and needed to be replaced to stop illegal dumping and to close off access to the stream. “On a separate issue, I wrote to the NIHE Executive to request that their remaining properties in Drumaness which have open and Parkray fires be replaced with an oil-fired system. “It is hoped this work will be completed within the next 3-4 weeks which will be a relief for those people who have waited so long for this more efficient type of heating.”]]>
