Job Opportunity: TeamLeader With Leonard Cheshire Disability

We wish to recruit a full time Team Leader for our Supported Housing Service in Banbridge.
Team Leader (Supported Living) at the Meadows, Edenderry Road, Banbridge
£8.63 per hour.
You will be required to assist the Service Manager in maintaining professional standards of care and maintaining the provision of a high quality service which aims to achieve positive outcomes for people with disabilities according to their wishes and legislative and regulatory requirements.
You will need the ability to work flexible hours when required and travel to fulfil the objectives of the job. You will be required to be discreet and be able to maintain confidentiality as well as being able to attend relevant meetings and training which may be held at different locations within Northern Ireland.
It is essential that you have an NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or already have an NVQ level 2 with a willingness to obtain NVQ 3 and you must be able to demonstrate experience in effectively supervising a staff team.
