Hard luck to our under-14 Camogs who were beaten by Clonduff last week in what was a fantastic game Championship game. The girls all worked very hard in what was a very tight game.
*The weather over the last few weeks has been hit and miss. Unfortunately more miss than hit. This has not deterred our under-12 Camogs who went up to Ballela for a game and came away with a very good win. To say everyone was drenched is not putting too fine a point on it. All of the team played extremely well given the conditions. Well done girls!
*The Kellogg’s Cúl Camp takes place from Monday 1 August to Friday 5 August. For details please check out the Club’s Facebook page.
* Commiserations to Suzanne Barr and the Down under-16 girls who were beaten by Longford last Wednesday in the All-Ireland under-16 Semi Final in Dunleer. It just wasn’t to be for Suzanne and the girls. We appreciate all the good work that is put in at county level by all the girls and their coaches and just sometimes the reward isn’t there at the end. That said the gaining will be in the losing in the long run.
* A reminder that Saturday morning juvenile coaching sessions will recommence again on Saturday July 30th.
*A reminder to all ticket sellers and ticket holders that the next draw in our Annual Draw for 2016 takes place on Saturday 30 July. It is appreciated if returns can be made as early so as to make the administration of the draw as smooth and as easy as is possible on the night.
* Last week’s lotto numbers were 8, 11, 16 & 24. There were no Jackpot winners and no £20 winner. This week’s jackpot will be £2,350.
