Our Under-14 hurler’s playing under the O’Rahilly banner with fellow Gaels from Liatroim Fontenoys began their season on Saturday afternoon with a challenge match against Lámh Dherg writes Brian McAlinden.
In an entertaining match that ended in a draw against a team which finished second in the Antrim A league last year, the boys played some excellent hurling. Well done lads. The first ever Female Sport Conference ran in integration with Ulster Camogie titled EMPOWERING FEMALE SPORT in Armagh City Hotel on the 11th March 2017. If anyone would like to attend please contact John O’Neill or Terry Connolly. The course will have specific workshops for Ladies Football, Camogie and handball.
Well Done to Juvenile Club Member, Donagh Keary who finished 5th in Ulster Cross Country Race this week while representing his school St Malachy’s High School.
