Speaking at the presentation of prizes the Chairperson of Down PCSP, Cllr William Dick said: “Many congratulations to our winners on preparing such impressive productions which are high in quality and content. I feel it is important for Partnerships such as ours to move with the times and embrace technological advances.

“Competitions such as this provide us with an opportunity to engage with our young people at their level and would encourage everyone to  to view these thought provoking and entertaining productions.”

On behalf of the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service (NIFRS) who approved and supported the competition, Watch Commander Martin Healy congratulated the winners on the exceptional quality of their productions which addressed very serious issues. He said: “The NIFRS are  delighted to be associated with the competition and to work in partnership with the PCSP on the project.

“I hope that your message will spread the word on the dangers of hoax calls.”
