Young Anglers Are Hooked On Carrickmannon

David Crowe and Samuel Devlin from Belfast both took catch and release tickets, David had eight and Samuel had ten. James McKeague from Killinchy on two visits caught a total of four for 10lb 8oz.  Tony and Margaret Cairnduff frim Killinchy each caught two weighing 4lbs 8oz and 4lb respectively. Jordan Pyper from Ballynahinch caught six on catch and release. Hugh Cackers from Newtownards took two for 6lb and Ray Donaldson from Belfast had three for 6lb 4oz. BAIT POND Jay and Paliek Mirek from Comber caught a total of ten for 21lb 8oz. Belfast anglers Brian Reilly and Jim Smyth each took two for 5lbs 4oz. Michael Johnston had two for 4lbs 8oz and David Moore had two for 4lbs. The Dunn brothers from Belfast had four for 9lb 8oz.Craig Price, Steven Logan, Chris Ferris and Andrew Dinnen from Ballynahinch caught five for 7lb.Bobby Scott and Mark Hewitt from Belfast caught five for 10lb. John Robinson, Mark Robinson and Kirk McMillan from Dundonald each caught three for 5lb. Mark Fleming from Bessbrook caught two for 5lb 4oz and Nigel Fleming caught three for 5lb. CHILDREN’S POND The McCluskey family from Belfast was going home to have a barbecue after fishing both the Children’s and Harry’s ponds and catching fourteen fish for 18lbs.
