Warrenpoint Town FC are pleased to announce that Matthew Tipton and Stephen McDonnell will join Barry Gray’s back room staff for the upcoming season.
Matthew Tipton is a former Welsh professional footballer and recently had spells with Linfield and Ballymena.
Meanwhile, Stephen McDonnell is a former player of Warrenpoint Town with spells at Dundalk and Shelbourne but more recently coached Quay Celtic to promotion.
Both additions will add valuable experience and resource to the manger going forward next season.
Following the successful conclusion of discussions, a spokesperson for the board added that the additions showed clear intent that “we mean business” and have a “growth vision for the immediate future”.
Manager Barry Gray commented “We are moving this club forward with these additions.”
