SERC Sport Lecturer Maeve Galloway accompanied the students on the trip and said, “This was an extremely beneficial trip for the students. They were given an insight into what is required to organise and stage an event for over 80,000 people. “The trip provided an insight into health and safety aspects, risk assessment, ticketing, hospitality, and legislation which govern such a stadium. “The students will be assessed on aspects of event management throughout their course so it was a fantastic opportunity for them to visit this wonderful stadium,” ahe said.]]>
