Saintfield Horse Show Running On August 20th

Show Director Joan Cunningham welcomed the large turnout which was well and truly catered for by Lillian Graham and thanked the National Trust for kindly hosting the evening and the sponsors for their generosity in making the Show possible. She said, “With Mivan Limited once again being the major sponsor and proceeds from the Show in aid of Christian Aid’s Appeal for Humanitarian Crisis in Somalia and other areas of East Africa, the organising team is hoping the weather will be kind to them and the Show will be well supported. The Saintfield’s Got Talent Competition is open to everyone and this event is run on the similar basis of “Britain’s Got Talent” with excellent prizes to be won and the winner will receive ÂŁ500 for their chosen charity. The only difference is that the winner will not perform live at the Royal Variety Performance but will have the opportunity to perform at the annual Saintfield Christmas Charity Ride on Saturday 3rd December, 2011.
