“I was really excited about hosting the talk and sharing my knowledge.”
Hospitality and Catering lecturer Michelle McCarthy said: “We’re really pleased that Bill agreed to talk to the students and I’d like to thank him once again. He gave a really inspiring talk to the students explaining the various career opportunities available in the hospitality industry. He also shared his experiences of running a business including the highs and lows.
“It’s only with encouragement from entrepreneurs like Bill that we can help develop a passion for this extraordinary industry.”
