The Eire og u-12’s had another good win on Sunday morning away to Cumann Peadar Naofa. warrenpoint. Training continues on a Tuesday evening from 6.30-7.30pm at the quarter road pitch writes Tony Bannon.
The u-14’s have 2 games this week so there will be no u-14 training on Wednesday. Training will resume next Wednesday at 6.30pm at Pats Road.
Due to the Down training weekend, the majority of Division 1 and 2 fixtures are off, therefore there will be no “Last Man Standing “competition on Friday night. It will resume as normal next week.

Congratulations to two of our former underage players following their recent success at the Young Farmers Clubs tug of war competitions at Balmoral Show on Thursday evening. Amy Marks was a member of the winning ladies team in the inaugural Ladies competition and Paul Brennan was a member of the winning team in the advanced category for the third time in a row both representing BMWR Young Farmers Club.
