A WEEK of mixed fortunes for Glasdrumman Seniors after the high of a hard fought win in the Intermediate Championship against Glenn at Pairc Esler on Monday and it was back to earth with a bump with a 7 point home defeat by Carryduff. So it’s all to play for this Thursday night again at Pairc Esler with Clann na Banna providing the opposition. It would be great to maintain the great level of support for the team this Thursday writes Tony Bannon.
Bingo will be postponed this Thursday night 29 August in the Clubrooms due to the Championship but will return as normal the following Thursday 5 Sept. at 8.30pm. Minibus service from Kilkeel as normal .
Our Under-12’s travelled to Annaclone on Sunday morning and despite some fine displays of football the home team proved too strong and claimed the win. This Sunday its a home game against Attical. We ask all players to be at the Quarter road pitch at 10.20am.
