As long term supporters of the charity, staff from Henderson Retail EUROSPAR and ViVOXTRA stores across the province were the first to sign up and pledge to raise as much as possible to support the cause. And they are looking forward to wearing their winter warmers for the day.
EUROSPAR Dundonald Store Supervisor, Geoffrey Wylie commented: “Campaigns like All Wrapped Up are so easy to take part in, and its great craic! What better way to support children living with cancer this Christmas time than by wearing your jolly festive jumper and asking customers to make a donation? We want to spread happiness across the province and hope to raise as much as possible for Cancer Fund for Children!”
The supermarket chain have been supporting Cancer Fund for Children since 2011 and have raised over £370,000 to date for the charity.
Corporate Fundraiser, Sorcha Chipperfield added: “We are so grateful to staff at EUROSPAR and ViVOXTRA for their support – I can’t wait to see some pictures of the teams all wrapped up in their Christmas jumpers and Santa hats. We simply couldn’t support the hundreds of local families affected by childhood cancer without the support of businesses such as EUROSPAR and ViVOXTRA.”
