Thieves Ransack Empty Pub In Stream Street In Downpatrick

dn_screenPolice in Down are appealing for information following a burglary in Stream Street in Downpatrick.

Sometime between Saturday 19 March and Tuesday 5 April, entry was gained to a derelict pub.

The building was ransacked and copper pipes, electric wires and fireplaces were stolen.

Police would like to hear from anyone who noticed any activity around the property during this time or anyone who has information which may assist their investigation.
