If you are resident in the SEED area, you can apply to get aboard the programme. You have to be resident in Down or the Newry and Mourne Council areas or in Ards, Armagh, Banbridge and Craigavon and you must be over 18 years old. The programme is supported by Invest NI, the European Regional Development Fund, and SEED (South East Economic Development) and is being delivered by ORTUS, Northern Ireland’s leading franchising experts.
