Down District Slieve Croob Area Councillor Garth Craig (DUP) said following the recent early morning shooting incident in Claragh Court in Clough when two cars were damaged,xa0in which a Catholic family had to move out of their home: u2028u2028″I utterly condemn the attack on this family. xa0This type of attack only serves to increase tension at this time of the year. xa0There is no place in our civilised society for this type of behaviour.
“I am looking forward to Saturday’s Twelfth Demonstration in Clough and am confident the parade will pass off peacefully because the vast majority of people would deplore attacks of this nature.
“I would appeal to anyone who has any information about the incident to bring it to the PSNI.”
