This week Chris visits Killyleagh’s powerlifting champion, Karen Burns. Chris talks to Karen about her successes on the world stage. The 54-year old mother and grandmother talks about how she got started in the sport 5 years ago, her training regime and competitions.
Recently she broke her own record for the squat and set a new British Masters Record!

She will be representing Great Britain at the World Powerlifting Competition in Canada later on this year. So tune in to listen to this inspiring conversation with a highly motivated lady!!
