There will be “Novel Plots” on The Chris Scott Show FM105 Down Community Radio with author Stephen W. Briggs on Wednesday 17th August 2022 (7-8pm)

Chris welcomes back to the local airwaves Canadian author Stephen Briggs to talk about his latest book, “Lies Lead to Death.” It goes on general release tomorrow, 18th August, 2022.  

Stephen first appeared on the show back in February 2022 to talk about his debut book – “Family of Killers – Memoirs of an Assassin.” He talked about his early years in Portadown, Northern Ireland and his relocation to Guelph, Ontario.

Stephen chats to Chris about his new book, writing ventures and a chance meeting with a retired military man who had previously worked at the Pentagon. This gentleman provided valuable assistance to Stephen whilst carrying out his background research for his book. Fascinating stuff!!

Later in the programme the talented Castlewellan Studio Players take to the stage again with “It’s the pot noodle or me!” – Episode Four  of “Ice Cubes and Lettuce,” written by Mark Asante.
