Let’s Talk Crohn’s and Colitis NI is a charity which supports people affected by Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis throughout Northern Ireland.
The group recently held a ‘Night of Appreciation‘ in Belfast City Hall. Patient Louise Bingham nominated Clinical Nurse Specialist, Martina Finn and the Colorectal Nursing team at the South Eastern HSC Trust. Martina was presented with an award on the night. The awards recognise the outstanding care given to patients through their IBD journey.
