Cancer Fund for Children’s beautiful Narnia log cabin set at the foothills of the Mourne Mountains in Newcastle, County Down, is the location for a yoga and meditation day from 10am to 4pm on Saturday 16 January.

The Art of Resting will be led by Mary Rose Connolly with assistance from Cancer Fund for Children’s complementary therapists who work at Daisy Lodge supporting families affected by cancer. Mary Rose has worked as a complementary therapist as well as a yoga and meditation teacher for many years alongside various charities.

The suggested donation for the event is ÂŁ50pp, with proceeds going to Cancer Fund for Children. Spaces are limited. For more information or to book a place contact Patricia McDaniel on 077 0203 4147.
