Jacquelyn Stewart from Squeeze Wheatgrass has won one of the first Good Choice! Quality Food Awards, presented by chef Phil Vickery at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel.
Squeeze Wheatgrass won the Healthy Juice category of the awards on Thursday 5 November which recognises the very best ‘free from’ and ‘healthy option’ food and drink available in the UK.

The Good Choice! QFAs were set up to celebrate innovation and excellence in the market for gluten-free, dairy-free and meat-free products, which has seen rapid growth over the past few years.
Put through their paces by a panel of food and drink experts, products were evaluated not just on taste, but also their value for money during a rigorous judging process during August.
Other winners included Asda for their Healthy Steam Fish & Potato Ready Meal, and Tesco for their Strawberry and Vanilla Cones.
Helen Lyons, Organiser, added: “The Good Choice! QFAs bring the best of the UK’s ‘free from’ food and drink producers and key industry influencers together, and it’s great to have been given the opportunity to truly congratulate those who are making a difference to many people’s everyday lives.”
The Good Choice! QFA presentation ceremony was part of a day of awards, including the Quality Drink Awards and the main Quality Food Awards, which is now in it’s 36th year.
Top UK packaging manufacturer, Graphic Packaging International, continued its sponsorship of the Quality Food and Drink Awards for the fourth consecutive year, along with sponsors National Farmers Union Mutual and Invest Northern Ireland.
