Soccer Fun Week in Ardglass

“Our engagement programme in Ardglass has made contact with all age groups within the area and provided activities and services to assist in the reduction of anti social behaviour. I would like to take this opportunity to thank our partners in this event which has made it a great success.” [caption id="attachment_26230" align="alignleft" width="450" caption="The children in Ardglass who enjoyed the soccer fun week."][/caption] Seamus Heath, Grassroots Football Manager added, “I would like to thank the CSPxa0of Down District Council for the opportunity to deliver a fun week in Ardglass. This exciting initiative enabled us to mix the fun filled week of matches and skills with workshops which dealt with the topics of behaviour, discipline and caring for your neighbourhood. Overall it was a very successful week.” Ardglass Football Club Chairman, Hugh Hart added, “The young people of our football club and the local area really enjoyed the five day event. They had a focus for the five days and the feedback from the 40 young people was so encouraging. I really appreciate what the CSP and Grassroots Football offered this week.”]]>
