South Eastern Regional College (SERC) have been awarded a major tender to deliver a prestigious graduate management programme from the Department for the Economy (DfE).
The 24-week Entry to Management Graduate Programme is Northern Ireland’s longest established graduate programme and is designed to develop graduates looking to kick-start their career or upskill in their current role.
It is aimed at participants who have a minimum level 5 qualification who aspire to become future leaders. Participants on the course will be placed with a top Northern Ireland company where they will complete a Chartered Institute of Management (CIM) level 5 leadership and management qualification. Participants will study one night a week to complete the qualification. The qualification is also available through distance learning via online modules for those worried about travelling.
An initial 50 graduates will undertake the intensive management training programme which will have a have a strong focus on leadership, return on investment, innovation, creative thinking, management and communication. For participants that complete the programme there is a potential offer of employment with their employers.
