South Down MLA Caitríona Ruane (Sinn Féin ) has expressed her support for a new measure aimed at boosting the Agri Food industry.
Ms Ruane said: “The Supply Chain Forum is designed to maximise the potential of the Agri Food industry by ensuring fair trading conditions between farmers, producers and retailers.
“This is an excellent initiative by DARD Minister Michelle O’Neill that will encourage fair prices for farmers, fishermen and women and indeed all who are involved in the Agri Food sector across the North.”
