In Gort Na Mona in Belfast there were wins for Rhys Cunninghan and Ruairi Quinn in the U-12 Doubles, Ronan Murphy and Ryan Sterritt in the U-13 Doubles and Tim Prenter in the U-13 Singles. They all progress to the semis next weekend. The remaining matches will be played during the week involving Eoin McMullan, Ciaran Hampton and Michael McMahon. Training schedule for Ballymote on Saturday: U-6s Boys and Girls at 10.30am, U-8s Boys (P3 &P4) at 11.30am, Girls U-10, U-12, and U-14 at 12.30pm, U-10 Boys (P5 & P6) at 1.30pm. RGU representation was high with captain Anthony Doherty leading by example, ably assisted by Conor McGrady, Ruairi Bryce, Daniel McCarron, Eoin McEvoy and Johnny Bell. The final score was St Patrick’s Downpatrick 0-10 Our Lady’s Castleblayney 0-7. Next up in the semis is an all-Down clash against St Louis, Kilkeel.
