She said,xa0“I have organised this meeting to give the public an opportunity to see what Oaklee’s plans are for this site and to voice their opinion on these proposals. At the moment their plan is to build two blocks comprising 18 apartments, and to build one house as well. “This is a sensitive site in that it is very much integrated into an existing built up area that is close to businesses, bars and houses. I have been assured by Oaklee that they are coming to this meeting to listen to the views of local people. Their application has not yet been submitted to planners, so I am assuming that changes can be made to it if necessary. “Everyone with a genuine interest in what is built on this site will be very welcome.”]]>
