Police Seek Information About Ballynahinch Creeper Burglary

Police are appealing for information following the report of a creeper-type burglary in the Drumlins area of Ballynahinch.

dn_screenConstable Linda Revels said: “Police received a report at 7.30am on Wednesday, 20 July that sometime between midnight and the time of reporting that the house was entered and three phones, an iPhone 6S, iPhone 5S and a Nokia phone were stolen. The keys to two cars were also taken from the house. The two cars, a red Volvo and a red/white Mini were also stolen.

“I would appeal to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or anyone who has information about this incident to contact Police at Downpatrick on the non-emergency number 101.

“Alternatively, if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
