Police Appeal After Warrenpoint Burglary

Police in Newry are appealing for information following a burglary of a house onxa0Avoca Lawn, Warrenpoint.

Inspector John Kerr said: “It was reported that sometime between 6.00pm and 8.00pm on Wednesday 30 October entry was gained to the property and a sum of cash was taken.

“Enquiries are continuing and we are appealing to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area to contact us on 101, quoting reference number 1876 of 30/10/19.

Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
