Police Appeal After RTA In Newcastle In January

dn_screenPolice in Down are keen to speak to a motorist who offered assistance at a road traffic collision which occurred in January.

The two vehicle collision occurred on Newcastle Road, Dundrum, close to the entrance of Murlough Nature Reserve, shortly before 8pm on Thursday, 21 January.

A female pedestrian was injured and taken to hospital.

Police believe the driver and passenger of a Volkswagen Toureg, that stopped at the scene to offer help, may be able to assist their investigation. They are asking the two people to contact them at the earliest opportunity.
