Police Appeal After Newcastle Burglary

Detectives in Downpatrick are appealing for information following the report of a burglary at a house in the Dundrum Road area of Newcastle on Saturday 22 March.

The house was entered sometime betweenxa07pm and 10.30pmxa0and a substantial amount of jewellery and money taken.dn_screen

Officers are appealing for anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area at this time to contact them at CID in Downpatrick on the new non-emergency number 101.

Information can also be passed anonymously through the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
