Police Appeal after Murlough Break-in

POLICE in Newcastle are appealing for information following a burglary at a National Trust property in Dundrum.

Staff at Murlough House reported to police that the premises had been entered sometime between the 12-13 August and a till had been opened. However, nothing had been taken.

Anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area on that date, or thinks they may have information which can be helpful to police enquiries should contact officers in Newcastle on 0845 600 8000.

Or if someone would like to pass information without giving their details they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
