Police Appeal After Longstone Burglary

Detectives are appealing for witnesses after a house on Longstone Road in Annalong was burgled twice in recent days.

It was reported that the house was entered sometime between Wednesday 7th and Wednesday 14th November and again sometime between Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th November.xa0xa0Enquiries are continuing to determine if anything was taken during the incidents.

Detective Constable Brannigan is appealing for anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area or anyone with any information that can assist with the investigation to contact detectives in Newry on 101, quoting reference 719 18/11/18.

Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
