Police in Downpatrick are appealing for witnesses to a road traffic collision that occurred close to Teconnaught Chapel in Annacloy on Monday 27 January.

An 11-year old boy sustained a number of serious injuries after it’s believed he fell from his bike into the side of a passing car while waiting to cross the road.
Officers are keen to speak to witnesses. They can be contacted at Downpatrick police station by calling 0845 600 8000.
The police emphasised that this was not a hit and run accident.Â
