Police Appeal After Burglary In Groomsport

Groomsport burglary sparks police appeal


Detectives are appealing for information following a report of a burglary in Groomsport on Thursday 18th July.

Shortly before 10am it was reported that access had been gained to a house in the Cove Hill area and a number of drawers had been rifled through.

It is not yet known if anything has been taken, however, the home owner has been left badly shaken by their ordeal.

Detectives are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed anyone suspicious in the area between 8pm on Wednesday 17thxa0and 9am on Thursday 18thxa0July, or to anyone with CCTV or other footage that could assist with enquiries to get in touch on 101 quoting reference 396 of 18/07/24.
