Newcastle Police Appeal For Information Following Alledged Sexual Assault

dn_screenPolice in Newcastle are appealing for information following an incident at licensed premises in the Central Promenade area of Newcastle on Sunday 15 June 15.

At approximately 2am, police received a report that a female had been sexually assaulted in the premises by a male who threw her on the floor and put his foot on her neck before touching her inappropriately.

Police are investigating and would appeal to anyone with information to contact them at Newcastle on the non-emergency number 101.

Alternatively, information about crime can be passed anonymously to the Crimestoppers charity on 0800 555 111.
