ROISIN Coulter has recently been appointed as Director of Planning, Performance & Informatics with the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust following the retirement of John Simpson.
Roisin is a qualified Children’s Nurse with over 20 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care. Roisin has held a number of positions within Children’s and Maternity Services, prior to leading the Strategic and Capital Development programme for the Trust since 2007.
This exciting position has responsibility for strategic planning, performance management, commissioning, informatics, capital development and consultation and engagement across the organisation.
