Schools Prize for NCC’s Eat My Shorts Film Competition.

Newcastle Community Cinema in association with Fibrus is delighted to announce an additional prize for the short film competition, Eat My Shorts.

On top of prizes of £300, £150 and £75 worth of vouchers for film-making equipment, Into Film is sponsoring a new prize category of £300 for schools or school-age entries.

There is a new schools’ prize for the Newcastle Film Festival supported by Fibrus.

This means school groups or school-age individuals will be eligible for this special prize as well as the other three prizes.

Into Film is a UK-wide supporter of getting young people interested in film and cinema, and wants to see lots of entries to Eat My Shorts from young filmmakers.

So, get out those cameras and phones and get shooting. Make a 2 minute long, U-rated movie and submit it to the Eat My Shorts Film Competition.

The deadline is 6pm on Friday 25th September 2020.

The competition is open to people in Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland only.

Full terms & conditions for submitting an entry to Eat My Shorts can be found at:
