The launch of the new site coincides with the publication of the September to December Arts Guide, and is intended to complement the existing methods of promoting the arts, as the Council’s Arts Officer, Emily Walsh, explained: “We’re delighted to be offering another method for people to access information about our arts programme, classes and festivals, and hope to see the site grow, both in terms of content and numbers of visitors interacting with us”.
