Police have confirmed that 44-year old Lee Drake from the Ballynahinch area has died following a one vehicle collision on the Ballygowan Road in Saintfield this morning (Monday January 13).
The collision occurred at aroundxa06.20amxa0and involved a black Vauxhall Astra.
Police would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident or anyone who was travelling on the Ballygowan Road around the time of the incident to contact the Collision Investigation Unit at Steeple or police in Downpatrick by calling 0845 600 8000.
