BOOST SPORT, the fastest selling sports drink in Northern Ireland, is giving amateur clubs all over the province a chance to receive a share of £5,000 with its new Boost Sport Grant initiative which launched today.

One lucky club will be the recipient of the overall grant of £2,000 whilst six grants of £500 will also be awarded to one club in each county.

Could your sports’ club do with a boost ?

To apply for a Boost Sport Grant, all clubs need to do is go to:

www.boostsportni.com

and complete the application process stating how their club would use the money to achieve their team goals.

Applications will close on October 31st, 2020 and the winners will be contacted by 27 November 2020.

Boost Marketing Director Adrian Hipkiss explains why local sports clubs should get the ball rolling and apply for a chance to win now:

“We are delighted to announce the Boost Sport Grassroots campaign which is open to teams from all over Northern Ireland to apply for a grant. The grants will offer lots of opportunities to advance and improve clubs and can be spent on anything teams need such as a brand-new kit, equipment, facility enhancements or travel.

“At Boost we pride ourselves on working with and supporting communities at a grass-roots level so this campaign is the perfect opportunity for us to give back to local people who can use the money to help their club reach their goals and achieve their hopes and dreams.

“We know that the people of Northern Ireland love Boost Sport, so much so that it is the fastest selling sports drink here, so it was only fitting that we launched a campaign that would give something back.

“We’re really looking forward to hearing from teams all over the province and would encourage everyone who belongs to an amateur club to choose your goal, give it a go and apply! What have you got to lose?!” added Adrian.

To celebrate the initiative, Boost will also be running a series of giveaways on social media so check out Boost Drinks NI Twitter and Instagram for more information.

Boost Energy was established in 2001 after founder and MD Simon Gray saw the opportunity to offer consumers a great quality energy drink at a fraction of the price of other brands at that time.  Two years later in 2003, Boost Energy was launched in Northern Ireland and now the company owns Northern Ireland’s top two selling soft drinks within the local independent convenience channel as well as the 3rd largest and fastest selling iced coffee brand where stocked in NI.

Boost is available in various pack formats across seven core Energy flavours, Sport, Protein, Iced Coffee, as well as limited editions.
