Chris Scott Interviews Saintfield Ice Hockey Player Ellie Patrick
“Pressure is a Privilege” with Ellie Patrick, GB Ice Hockey player from Saintfield on The Chris Scott Show, FM105 Down Community Radio, Downpatrick, County Down, Wednesday 31st August 2022 (7-8pm).
This week Chris is in conversation with 16 year-old Ellie Patrick from Saintfield, a talented ice hockey player, who has iced with the Under 16 and Under 18 GB .
Ellie scored a number of goals for GB in a recent World Championships in Turkey.
She is now continuing her development in the sport and has relocated to Hoosac School in New York to continue following her dream!
Ellie talks to Chris about her career to date. AND…..there is also a big surprise in store on the programme for Ellie.
She mentioned to Chris about her sporting idol – one of America’s top female ice hockey players.
Chris made contact with this legend, and she kindly recorded a message of encouragement for Ellie. All will be revealed on this week’s show!!
