Junior Choir At St Malachy’s High School Castlewellan Do School Proud

The Junior Choir from St Malachy’s High School, Castlewellan,were invited to perform at the launch of the Down and Connor Catholic Schools’ Trustee Service in the Burrendale Hotel, Newcastle, on Wednesday 1st June.

The Catholic Schools’ Trustee Service in Down and Connor seeks to provide guidance and support to the Board of Governors, staff and pupils of all Catholic schools in the Diocese.

St Malachy’s were delighted to have been asked to perform at the event. They were instructed and rehearsed by their teacher Miss Caoimhe McErlane and the event was attended by the school Principal, Mrs Orla O’Neill. The students certainly did the school proud with their performance.
