It’s Another Year Of Giant Adventures.
Newry Mourne and Down District Council are set to deliver yet another programme of ‘Giant‘ Adventures for the district in 2017-18. The full programme of Giant Adventures will be launched on March 7 along with the Tourism Strategy for the district 2017-21.
Councillor Gillian Fitzpatrick, Newry Mourne and Down District Council Chairperson, said, “Events act as a great attractor of visitors to the district and generate a very significant annual contribution, circa £10m, for the local economy.
“Watch out as well for a new additional event this year in Newry City!
“Full details will be announced on March 7. It’s another year of Giant Adventures.”
