Islandderry Trout Fishery Busy Over Sunny Summer Weather

The visitors from Dundalk who enjoyed their day at Islandderry.[/caption] They all had a good day with all of them getting their two fish each.   10-year old Leon Mulholland, Dundalk, took home the first place prize with his two fish bag of 2lbs 11oz, 2nd went to 12-year old Oision Morrow, Dundalk, with 2 fish for 2lbs 7oz.  The youngest of the group was 7-year old Jack Berry, Belfast, who took joint third place with 10-year old Nathen Berry, Belfast, with 2 fish for 2lbs 6oz. Fifth went to 8-year old Kaylem Berry, Dundalk with 2 fish for 2lbs 5oz and sixth place with a weight of 1lbs 15oz went to 11-year old Sean Paul McClan from Belfast.  The next Competition is the Clements Fly Fishing Competition to raise money for M.S. which will take place this Saturday from 10am to 4pm. Entry fee is £25 and there will be prizes for the heaviest bag of 2 trout, ballot and hot food.  This is to raise money for a good cause so please come along and support it and have a great days craic!
