Looking for an afternoon group to join?
If so and you live within easy travel distance of Downpatrick you might be interested in our Thursday Singers group. It meets on Thursdays (!) from 2-4pm in the lovely big hall at the Ballymote Centre on the Killough Road.
We sing a wide variety of music – from pop to gospel and world folk, with easy to learn harmonies, all taught by ear. This group is suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced singers and is very informal and friendly with a tea-break mid-way.
We need some new enthusiastic voices to join us for our next series of 5 singing sessions which will start on 3 November (subject to sufficient numbers). The fee for the 5 sessions is £20 and includes refreshments.
