HDANI (Huntingdon’s Disease Association NI) is reaching more people than ever before but the group really needs your help to continue our vital work.
A spokesman said: “We need £3,000 per month to ensure that patients, carers and family members can rely on the advice, information and care of our two fantastic part time support workers.
“The current crisis at Stormont has delayed access to public funds indefinitely and while we await responses to various grant applications we still need to be able to keep things running and we are counting on you to help us.
“We know that across Northern Ireland there are very few medical services available to people living with HD and almost nothing in terms of emotional and practical support for patients, carers and family members.
“We know that hundreds of people across the province turn to HDANI because there is nowhere else to turn and wexa0need to continue to be there for them.”
