dn_screenSouth Down MLA Chris Hazzard has visited Thomas Russell Park in Downpatrick in response to a request from residents following fly tipping. He said: “Rubbish dumped on the other side of the fence, backing on to cinema, was noted. I have subsequently contacted the Environmental Health Officers at the Council to make them aware of this issue. “In addition, the wiring on the fence has also been vandalised.
