Glasdrumman GAC Notes For 20 September 2015

The U-16’s brilliant run in the championship ended on Thursday night when they lost their semi final replay 3-12 to 2-12 writes Tony Bannon.

dn_screenThe boys played their hearts out and showed true spirit, a few things went against the lads during the game that on another day would have went for them and the result would have been different. Nevertheless, the boys should be really proud of their achievement and there’s no doubt that if they put the work in next year they will come out on top!

Many thanks go to mentors and coaches Paddy Kelly, Shaun Harper and Charlie O’Hare for giving up their time to manage and coach the boys, you obviously got them playing to their full potential when they turned their season around after a shaky start!
