The Under-12-s recorded a good win when they faced Attical on Sunday morning writes Tony Bannon.

This was a brilliant display of football from Baileghlas which epitomised everything teamwork should be about; passing well, battling for every ball, taking their chances and showing excellent discipline. Under-12 training continues tonight (Wednesday) at the Quarter Road pitch from 6.30-7.30pm.dn_screen

There will be a Youth Club Committee meetingxa0 next Tuesday 10 September at 7.00p.m in our Clubrooms.xa0 This meetingxa0xa0 is open to all Club Members interested in assisting with the running of the Youth Club. If you would like to helpxa0 out but are unable to attend Tuesday’s Meeting please let any current Youth Club Comittee know.

The commitee and members of Glasdrumman GAC are saddened to hear of the death of former County Chairmanxa0 Sean Fearon. During his tenure both inxa0 South Down and in the County Chair Sean proved himself to be good friend to our clubxa0 by providing great guidance and advice as well making himself available for many Club presentations. We extend our deepest condolences to the Fearon family and to our fellow Gaels of St. Bronagh’s Rostrevorxa0 at this sad time. Mary Queenxa0 of the Gaels Pray for him.]]>
